...Have you ever noticed what a monumental task goal setting is for anyone? Some adults have no goals at all. So, why should we expect children to constructively set goals, in the age of attention disorders?
Parents know that children need the best possible head start in the extremely competitive world of academics, athletics, and later on, in business. hatha Yoga classes, for children, offers them a chance to set their own goals, without a strict measurement of success.
Children do not have to worry about making the next cut in their Yoga class. There is no worry about reaching the next level, but every child wants to perform better in his or her next Yoga class. A little competitive drive is healthy for all of us, and children are naturally competitive by nature.
Keeping the above points in mind, Yoga teachers should design classes for children that contain Yoga Games. Sure - parents are paying for Yoga classes, but how d...more

Lastly, Yoga has many benefits for both genders. Yoga is good for both boys and girls to learn. The physical skills and knowledge will carry over into other hobbies and sports. Most of todays elite athletes learn Yoga for cross training purposes. An athlete, who is flexible, strong, and calm under fire, is a formidable opponent. ...Yoga is an ancient tradition from the Eastern world, and these oldest practitioners tended to look at yoga as a tree with six branches. What all six have in common are the asanas (the physical positions and movements), Pranayama (the structured breathing or breath control), meditation and a strong moral code.
1. hatha Yoga
In Indian, "ha" means sun and "tha" means moon. hatha yoga refers to these twin energy channels in the body. 5. When you are in complete meditation, you are in a trance. This means that your mind is clear from all thoughts and is in total yoga. When you are in this plane, you will not be moved from it even when you are facing bad things. You will be very free from all sadness and pain that comes from living in the material world.
Meditation in yoga is not that easy. You will need to be ready in a physical way and in a mental way. The goal of the meditation for yoga is not mainly focused on the body but it is separating the mind from the material things in life.more

This shallow breathing is caused by tension and stress. breathing deeply through the belly oxygenates the muscles thereby relieving tension. Fill up your lower abdomen by breathing in. Contract the same area by breathing out. Do the breathing through your nose. This is the easiest part of doing yoga for stress relief.

There are also Yoga classes where you can feel the pain, heat, and suffer.
